The executive presentation has an executive summary and a summary outline.
The executive summary is a quick, 2-4 paragraph summary of the project. Think “elevator speech” for this, making sure that you cover the 5 W’s and H. This is a short (absolutely no more than one page!) synopsis for the executives that read this who won’t want to dig through the details.
The summary outline shows the chapter titles, but nothing more detailed than that. If you have chapters grouped in sections or parts, show those, too.
